So the Modern Marquette short term / corporate rental property downtown had an unfortunate dumpster fire a few days ago. The fire department says about 8 properties were hit – the trash cans were set on fire. And mine happened to be right up against the wooden fence. Bye-Bye wooden fence….. But there is good news….. We rebuilt the area and ended up with one extra parking spot. For visitors to Albuquerque who are looking for the best parking spot close to downtown will be happy with the Modern Marquette……
